Ministry & Liturgy Magazine FREE Gift

    Friends,

I have a gift for you today. This month, the publishers of Ministry and Liturgy Magazine have offered the June/July issue of M&L for FREE!  The issue is dedicated to music ministry and contains excellent features and columns on pastoral music in a plethora of contexts. Scroll down and you'll find all the links.

Rather than blog today, I invite you to download and read this FREE issue. I authored an article in the Features section as well as my usual double sided column for the Liturgy Matters department. Joanne Mercier writes an excellent column on music and technology. Fr. Virgil Funk and Alan Hommerding and other writers offer some really insightful features that may assist you in your own ministry. The issue is jammed packed with fine material. If you don't subscribe to the magazine, this FREE issue may prompt you to do so.

On a personal note, my daughter Martha will offer a voice recital of elegant repertoire this evening at 6:30 pm at the Music Mansion in Providence, RI. The Gannons are gathering with family and friends to enjoy Martha's marvelous vocal gift, celebrate her hard work and support a budding young artist. Please feel free to join us!

"How shall I make a return to the Lord, for all the good God has done for me? I will take up the cup of salvation and praise the name of the Lord."

Feast day blessings to you all, the body of Christ.
